I had an exceptional service from Paulina when she came to carry out rodent proofing in my home. She was incredibly thorough, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. What really stood out was how much care she took to properly inspect every area and make sure the work was done properly.
Paulina didn’t just carry out the rodent proofing — she also identified and corrected several issues left behind by rogue builders, which was a huge relief for me. She went above and beyond what I expected, taking the time to explain what she was doing and why, and making sure every potential entry point was properly secured.
She was punctual, respectful of my home, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. It was such a pleasure having someone so competent, honest, and conscientious doing the work.
