We had an exceptional service from Arek and Tom: two very nice guys who provided a totally thorough service. They were prompt, polite, informative and a pleasure to have around. They also cleaned up after they finished. We had tried humane traps, then poison and the problem was getting worse. We did not know we had a rat (later found behind the fridge!). All areas were examined carefully then course metal mesh put up at all entry/exits. I am confident our problem is solved. Thank you so much guys.
